The Well Being Program
Sometimes we just feel a bit down or low and we don't really know why. We can't quite pinpoint what it is or what the problem is. We just know that we have a lot of negative thoughts or perhaps feeling low in confidence or have lost some self esteem. Life can be so busy or stressful. Maybe you have lost your focus and you are filling your time with negative thinking. Perhaps you feel like you have been effected by the current situation of Covid 19. Well the good news is that you can do something about it! Your subconscious mind knows which memories are associated with the issue and using my therapies we can work on the emotions and memories that are still effecting you now.
Within this Well Being Program, Stephanie uses a variety of therapeutic techniques such as NLP, Advanced Clinical Hypnosis, Havening and Emotional Freedom Technique to help you feel better again and perhaps even more happy than you've felt in a very long time.
